Resources are used in the optional Calendar module.

•At least one resource must be created in order for the Calendar to work properly, but there is no limit to the number of resources which can be created

•The natural order of the resource columns in the Day Sheet is determined by the Resource Caption

•Caption Colour defines the colour of the background for the resource column

•Location is used when printing appointment letters, to ensure the client it directed to the correct address when resources are located at different sites

•Use Ext. ID Lookup List will force the client look-up list in the Appointment Editor to use External Clients rather than Clients

•Default Letter sets the default template to be used when printing appointment letters

•Active is used to show/hide resources in the Calendar. Only active resources are displayed

If you do not select a Caption Colour for your resources, the Calendar will allocate default colours for you
