Categories are used in the Appointment Editor to describe and colour-code an appointment

 

•Colours must be unique

•Default Duration is the time that will be automatically allocated to an appointment when the label is selected

•List Order determines the position each item appears on the Calendar Label look-up list; numbers must be unique, sequential with no gaps in the sequence

•Require Tag when ticked will force the user to enter a tag for the event before it can be saved
