The Quick Forms menu gives quick access to automatically generated Hearing Services Program standard forms. You can specify a default report, which is generated by just clicking on the Quick Forms button, in Tools|Options|Database & Analysis. The Quick Forms menu is populated at program start-up by reading the list of template (.RTM) files in the ..\HearSoft\HearAid\Reports\Quick Forms folder

In addition to several standard HSP forms, Quick Forms also offers

•The Hearing Aid Outcome Inventory, an outcome-measure tool which has been internationally standardised

•A Release Authority which can be used to request release of information from third parties such as hospitals or other clinics

•A Remove from Database Request to send to previous providers for relocating clients who do not wish to receive marketing material

•HearAid will automatically fill in as many relevant details as it can when preparing a Quick Form; where a form requires comments you can enter the comment into a new Client Note and HearAid will offer to use that data as well

•HSP forms are updated from time-to-time and revised templates can be downloaded from www.hearsoft.com.au
