The Quick Labels menu offers a default set of labels:
•Users can add their own custom labels to this menu by creating mailing label templates and saving them in the ..\HearSoft\HearAid\Reports\Labels folder and they will appear on the Quick Labels menu after a program re-start

•Consumable Issues will print one or more labels for each Consumable Issue entered "today" and tagged "Send by Post"
•A File Label which can be used to show basic client demographic data of a client file/folder
•HSC Label will print a single label containing basic Hearing Service Card information
•Mailing Label will print one or more labels for the currently selected client
•A sample Label Printer Label suitable for use with a Dymo Label printer
Label size, starting position and number of labels can be set before printing:

The default label settings can be configured in Tools|Options|Labels
You can also configure the label templates to print to a dedicated label printer:
1.Select Database|Explorer in the Program Navigator
2.Select the Labels folder in the Reports tree
3.Select the template and click on the Modify Template button on the work area toolbar
