Reports and documents generated from HearAid are displayed first in the Print Preview window

•Printed to paper: Click the Print button and confirm your print settings, including the printer and which pages you want to print

•Printed to a file: Click the Print button then click the Print to File check box, select the file type from the lookup list (default is PDF) and specify the folder in which you want the file to be saved

Sent by email as an attachment: The previewed document is converted to a PDF file and clicking the Send e-Mail Now button will send the file as an attachment to the email address entered in the editor box. If the client has an email address the email will default to that address. To send to a different recipient click Other and type in an email address. The lookup list is populated with email addresses from the Address Book but you can enter any email address you like, then click the Send e-Mail Now button.

If you check the Preview box on the toolbar before clicking the Send e-Mail Now button you can preview the email and modify the message

Note: When printing Clinical Reports that will be emailed to recipients in the Distribution List, you will be prompted to confirm sending the email/s after the Print Preview window closes
