The Address Book is used to store names, addresses and e-mail addresses for referral sources and other recipients of correspondence generated from within HearAid

If an e-Mail Address is entered and e-Mail Reports is ticked, HearAid will try to send clinical reports via e-mail; the reports can be sent in a variety of formats, including encrypted PDF files, RTF, DOC and XLS

Encrypted PDF files use a password. A specific password can be assigned for each address book entry, otherwise PDF files sent to the recipient will use the word hearsoft as the password. NOTE: The password is case-sensitive
