The Main Merge menus will display all the available merge documents in the ..\HearSoft\HearAid\Reports\Mail Merge folder. Users can add their own favourite templates which will appear on the menus:
1.Create a SQL script and save it in the ..\HearSoft\HearAid\Reports\Mail Merge folder with a distinctive name e.g. "My Favourite Mail Merge.sql"
2.Create a Rich Text document in Tools|Editor, or some other editor like Microsoft Word, and save it in the ..\HearSoft\HearAid\Reports\Mail Merge folder with the same name as the SQL script but with an .rtf extension e.g. "My Favourite Mail Merge.rtf"
The next time HearAid is started the Mail Merge menus will show your own template/s
