The Tools menu on the Program Navigator gives access to a number of program and database management functions: •Browse database tables •Export client data, for both individual clients and groups of clients •Import client data exported by other HearAid users •Synchronise two separate HearAid databases e.g. on notebooks taken to visiting sites •Merge client data for clients who are found to have more than one "Client" record •Editor can be used to modify Rich Text Format templates used in mail-merge documents •Spreadsheets can be used to view and edit Excel files, for example tables and query results which have been exported in Excel format •View XML Tables used to export/import data in XML files •Default Preferences resets all optional user preferences (window size, toolbars, etc.) to defaults •Set program Options |
