Mail Merge Follow-Up Lists allows users to track and code effectiveness of mail-out campaigns. It uses the Mail Out log to generate lists of clients who received a particular mail-out generated on a particular date

1.Select the Mail Out Document

2.Select the Mail Out Date

3.Enter an Outcome Code
 

 

4.Clients can be removed from the lost by Finalising the record and entering a final outcome code
