Web Browser: Connect To HSO Portal

Once you have logged in to the HSO portal, you are in HSO's hands! If connection is slow or you have other problems within the default external browser, it is not due to a problem with HearAid! Connection issues are not uncommon...

Click Connect To HSO to open your computer's default web browser e.g. Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome and HearAid will navigate to the HSO web site you have set in

HSP/HSO provide authorised users with instructions on how to access the HSO web site, upload batch files and download response files

You must logon by using a myGov ID

Once you have completed your business on the HSO web site, it is strongly recommended that you log off

Once HSO has processed a batch file it makes a Response File available for you to download; processing is virtually immediate and you can usually download the response file immediately after uploading the batch
