Sometimes claims appear to be stuck in Pending and not processed into a batch file.
There may not actually be any error on HearAid's part! HearAid will ONLY add a claim to a batch if all these conditions are true:
1.The Service Date is equal to or earlier than "today's date"
2.The client has a current voucher and the voucher issue date is 3 or more days before "today's date"
3.The Authorised Person Signed Date is equal to or earlier than "today's date"
4.If it is a fitting claim, the fitting dates are equal to or earlier than "today's date"
In other words, no claim with a future date in any of the date fields will be included in any batch because it would be rejected automatically.
So, just check all the dates on the affected pending claim/s...
