Given the frequent changes to the HSP Approved Devices lists, it is recommended that you manage those updates yourself directly in Lists|Devices. The easy way to add new devices is:

1.Find a similar, existing device from the same manufacturer

2.Click the Duplicate button - a new record will be added with the same device details

3.Modify the details as needed... typically this will simply changing the Device Code

4.Save your new device record

HearAid also offers a function to mark devices that were last fitted more than 5 years ago as Inactive. To do this, right-click on the panel on the left displaying the Supplier and choose Deactivate Devices Last Fitted Over 5 Years Ago from the pop-up menu
