Loan Devices are used in Loans

•Devices that are currently out on loan have the On Loan box ticked; this box is automatically updated as devices are issued and returned

•Devices that you do not want to re-issue can be marked as Inactive - inactive devices will not appear on the lookup list but will still display in the Loans record
