Authorised Persons are used in claim preparation

Authorised Persons' scanned signatures can be stored with the record. Saving an electronic signature will facilitate the signature printing automatically on claim forms. When used in conjunction with the Save To Documents button on the Claims work-area, significant savings in time and paper can be made by storing an electronically-generated PDF document image of the claim form in the clients Documents records
