The Toolbar:
•Period sets the date range to be included for processing, defaults to six months prior to the current month
•Refresh Query will update the list in response to a change in the Period
•Process generates letters and ID labels for each client in the list
•Send Extract will e-mail the list of clients in CSVformat to the address set in Tools|Options|EARtrak. The extract uses the EARtrak Practice Number and Client ID to identify clients and does not include client names or addresses
