Clicking Available Times in the Search menu will provide a list of "gaps" in the appointment calendar

•The time range will default to the visible work time in the calendar

•Up to three times can be excluded from the search - this is primarily designed to allow lunch and morning/afternoon breaks to be excluded

•Any changes made to any of these times will be remembered for the next search
